I'm giving this an excellent rating on the basis that it did indeed mix well into soup (not ramen, but who cares), and is odorless and flavorless on its own -as advertised. Whether it is largely responsible for helping speed up this morning's hangover recovery remains to be seen, but I know how I get when I'm down on electrolytes and I know what to do about it. I didn't personally have any adverse reaction to the product even if I have no way of measuring what's going on in my body, which is a plus. Unless something downshifts, I'll recommend this! It couldn't hurt, at worst.
Interesting concept for people that primarily eat instant noodles and don't get enough nutrition via minerals and nutrients. It doesn't have a taste which is good, I tried this on a few different instant noodles that we have. The ingredients seem legit with lots of essential vitamins and nutrients your body needs. It dissolves easily in any broth which is key for something like this. I think the price is quite high for what it is, considering you could just take a multivitamin and get more, but it's an interesting concept. I think the price is extremely high for what it is.
Now that the world has caught on, the electrolytes are actually really important (not just water); I've been trying to chug down some pretty interesting water additives. However, I actually like just water so I feel like I'm losing out! What a brilliant idea to add the electrolytes to Ramen. Not only that, but without the added sodium that often comes with drink electrolytes. Not that sodium is bad, per se... but when you're eating Ramen you don't need to add any sodium! It has plenty already built in!The package is easy to tote around, it's completely flavorless and to get it gives me a really nice boost.I can't believe nobody thought of it before!I'm actually gonna try adding it to other foods too. (since I don't eat Ramen every day.). Given that it's flavorless, it should work perfectly.I suspect this will be my go to brand from now on
This electrolyte soup supplement provides an invisible boost to your ramen, perfect for supporting immunity and hydration. Each packet contains 300mg of Vitamin C, plus Vitamin D, Zinc, and Manganese, alongside five essential electrolytes. It's formulated to complement ramen's natural sodium without adding extra salt or sugar.I find this flavorless, sugar-free, and filler-free powder mixes seamlessly into any ramen broth without altering the taste. The single-serve packets are incredibly convenient for on-the-go immune support, ideal for travel, dorms, or the office.
I don't really eat ramen, but I drink bone broth while intermittent fasting. I added this to my usual broth drink and it tastes just fine (I can't say it imparts any flavor to the broth, but it doesn't taste foul or anything, either). It doesn't have a ton of potassium, though, so if you need that, you might want to consider adding/keeping a potassium supplement. The packets are small and convenient for travel, as well. I'll likely keep these in my rotation.
